The smell in the room which was the cause of the gross carpet was unbearable, the room was clearly dirty and needed a good wipe down,the lift was out of action so carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs was not fun, they don't accommodate for a family of 4, we had to pay for 2 separate rooms and our kids had to sleep 2 doors down from us, we got stung with a $50 parking fee by the time you add all that we could of booked a much nicer hotel- also non refundable as that was our first thought.

Really needs renovation, rotting skirting boards & dirty. Air conditioning not working in lounge room. Bathroom bath was dirty & rusting/broken fittings etc. Road noice keeps you awake. Definitely not a 4 star as rated on booking.com, more like a 2. For the price you can get loads better, not worth the $250.00 a night we paid. Reception staff were lovely.

Look… it’s ok. It was fine for a couple of nights. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked well, the room size was generous and the lady on reception was wonderfully helpful. The location was also great, close to Wynyard, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Circular Quay. In all honesty, I didn’t spend much time there. However that was probably a blessing, because the place wasn’t otherwise totally clean (thick dust in the windowsills, dirty plates and cutlery, etc.), and the constant hum of traffic from the western distributor (which goes over the roof of the building) was pervasive. Basically you get what you pay for, and here what you’re paying for is a bed and complimentary white noise outside. At best it’s a 3 star motel (not 4 as given on booking sites!), which I’d give a 3.5 star review all things considered.

Ironing board collapsed while using it, turns out it was broken, nearly fell on the wife's foot, just as well she was holding the iron at the time. The hallway stunk of garbage waste, smelt like the local tip in the hallway. The one and only bedside table lamp did not work. The bed was so unstable it felt like a waterbed every time the other person moved. Batteries in the remote control for the air conditioner were flat. For the price of the room, it was not worth it. Would never stay there again and would never recommend the place to others. I wouldnt even allow my dog to stay there, I love my dog and would never be so cruel.

Great location and price. Very roomy space and if lucky enough to get a view. Bed ok full kitchen and longe room. Very limited and expensive parking and the lift is a bit slow and old was worried we would get stuck. Location is great right next to Wynyard trains and darling harbour at your door.
